I've been told repeatedly (by many different sources) to ask for help when i need it. So here i am, asking.
Give me the strength i will need for this evening.
Help me gather my courage to say what i have to say even though i have doubts about whether i should or not.
Let me be strong yet able to feel and show what i feel (except for crying).
Ease my pain and sorrow and take away my fear and doubt.
Be with me, help me.
