Does anyone have or know of any really good healing spells or rituals? Right now i'm suffering a broken heart and i just want the pain to go away. I know in time it will but time takes too long and i'm tired of crying and hurting.
Any suggestions?
Lisa :(

A nice big fluffy pillow to punch would be my best suggestion....I feel for you sweetie...I really do...a broken heart is the hardest to heal when you're young. Dive into something that will keep your mind off of your mending heart. In the very wonderful words of the great Julie Andrews, "...you cry a little, and then you wait for the sun to come out. It always does..."

;) Sending good energy to help you find your way...

It doesn't feel any better when you're old...

Check the thread 'Practical Rune Magic II'.

You might want to try working with your chakras. Envision cleaning them out as you meditate. A good cry helps too.

There were many times I looked for a cure for a broken heart the only one I found to really work was time. Hang in there.

Some suggestions include;

candles, incense, bubblebath, champagne, having a Goddess night where you celebrate how wonderful you are

going out with the girls to have fun - dancing, partying, old movies and popcorn, your friends are there for you so take comfort in them!

set a date to be over it and resolve you can be upset as you want until that day and then you're done and moving on

write a letter to him saying exactly how you feel, then don't send it

write a letter to yourself from him apologizing profusely

burn all his stuff and get mad, punch a pillow, scream and yell, break stuff if you have to :)
