View Full Version : Is there a good forum to discuss feminism?

Well, I am making an effort to learn about the modern feminist movement to get a slightly better perspective on many modern educated women and the issues they're facing right now. Basically, the same thing as here... I've been posting here for a few days to learn about Wicca as a faith because my current girlfriend is of the faith.

I imagine that talking to real people (as has been the case here) would be helpful, so I am wondering if there is a good and relatively flame-free board for the discussion of the issues modern women often face where men can participate in the discussions (if said men are not trolls anyway, and I am not one).

Thanks in advance,

Ark

Well, it sort of depends on what aspects of feminism you're interested in discussing. My guess is that you'd be best served in Political Pagan, as feminism is (to a certain extent) a political issue.

Or, we can discuss it here, although this forum is so busy that it might get buried.

What would you like to know?

Heh, I'm a Women's Studies major. I may be a good resource...PM me if you have specific questions.

Otherwise, I'll see you in the Political Pagan forum.
