I had a recipe at home for making what mom calls Russian Tea. It's a combo of instant tea, tang, instant lemonade, cinnamon and sugar. Just add hot water and make sure you get a good steamy sniff while you're drinking it. I try to keep a little in the house at all times since it seems to relieve a lot of symptoms.

It's great to drink lots of liquids like the "russian tea",tomato juice spiked with cayene pepper clears up the mucus,also sage tea.I take the herb echinecia once a week then If I feel zI'm coming down with something I take it with Golden seal.Blessed be!

I've had Russian tea before, it's really good....unfortunately I'll have to do without. I might send hubby to the store for some neo citran though.

When my son was tiny (basically before he turned 2!) he was such a handful and cried & wanted feeding ALL THE TIME!!! (I'm not joking!) So being ill then was not a fun time at all! :rolleyes:

Hahaha That's funny :) Two hours? Except for at night time he only sleeps between 1/2 hour and an hour. However, He sleeps for 8 hours at night, so I don't have it too bad. :)
