Hey...anyone else have a favorite recipe that they serve for their pagan gatherings? One of mine is.."Horned God Eggs" (devilled eggs, with a pagan twist)
1 dozen hard boiled eggs, shelved and halved. Place yolks in a bowl, being careful not to tear the white part.
Mustard,
Mayonnaise,
Relish,
Paprika.
Grind up the yolks with a fork or spoon, and add Mayonnaise first, until they are a little bit creamy. Add Mustard (about a teaspoon, maybe more..to taste) and Relish (gives it a little zing. Probably a teaspoon..perhaps a little more)...
with a fork or spoon, fill the egg whites with the filling, and sprinkle paprika on them. Especially good for Ostara Celebrations!
