A little headache chant.

I found this little chant to work when I get a headache :)

Mind over matter
Strength over ain
Let the one headache
Pass and fade away.

Might also help to visualize the icky greyish energy draining from your head to the ground, and filling your head with fresh, clean, healthy blue energy to replace the icky stuff.... :)
