I've often thought that being born human was someones idea of a cruel joke. I am, afterall, more kitty-like than my cats. I would like, however, to come back as an Orca Whale. I would love the serenity of the underwater life. They are very family oriented and sexual, look gorgeous in formal attire, and are tough enough to stand up to the most forboding of preditors - well, either that or a very pampered persian kitty.

I chose Pegasus.I find horses to be unique animals in their own right,but even more when they have wings and can fly.This way I wouldn"t be just limited to what is going on right on earth ,but can fly and scope things out from above without having to make reservations first. Kokome. :spaceman:

I would want to be a guardian spirit. I could never leave my family and friends...it would kill me....I wouldn't want to come back as a human...I couldn't deal with those petty pressures. A ghost in my eyes is mostly negative energy so I would want to be a guardian spirit to watch over everyone in my life. It's probably my overwhelming motherly instinct talking here...but that is the only thing I'd want to be.

(And no, I am not describing an angel as I do not believe in them) Whole theory behind it...(crack pot :) )

i dont understand why anyone would want to come back, being dead is such an easy deal. you cant think or act and youre not conscious to realise that youre missing out on something, theres no financial worries, you really dont have to care where your next meal is coming from, and at the very worst, youre unconscious during the desecration of your remains by necrophiliacs. i cant think of anything better!

I voted fairy - but I'm writing an Urban gothic novel about Goth club going, fashion wearing, butt-kicking faeries these days. I think though it might be nice to be the dryad sort - guarding trees and all that.

Realistically, I want to be whatever I'm going to learn the most from. If I have to be a rock for 1,000 years to grow and learn, then that's what I have to be.

Honestly - human wins, in spite of all the pain, all the time.

I've always wanted to come back as a small wildcat - an ocelot perhaps. I've always felt more animal than human, so I'd be able to experience something perhaps a little closer to home, plus I'd be able to be my current partner's pet ;) That way I'd get all the benefits I do now - a warm person to sleep next to, hugs and affection, and home-cooked meals. No sex though... *pouts*

Of all things I would be a Dragon, Unicorn, or Pegasys. (yeah, i think i spelledthat wrong) I love fantasy creatures! I don't know if this pertains to this question, but I think this would fall under Other. I just hope I don't get poached since I'd probably be pretty rare. :)
