Does anyone know of an herb or mixture or something at GNC that they've used and works well that cleans ya out? I'm lookin' for suchlike, and I've seen something in WalMart in the laxatives section, but I was wondering about alternatives that others here may have had good experiences with.
Also, does anyone here use Flaxseed Oil regularly? If you do, what are the benefits that you've noticed and what kind have you been using?
