A lot of you guys will have read the thread on my friends abusive ex-partner.
She has just been to her lawyers to consult about what to do next. He is saying to write the guy a final warning and see what he does or to just go full steam ahead and give him both barrels and take it into court now - get the kids interviewed by court appointed counsellors etc Only problem withthat is we need to be water tight......she has asked my opnion but Im too close to comment properly - my gut feeling is go for it.
Ive already told the solicitor I will be more than happy to give evidence either on paper or in court as to what this creep has been up to. Hubby will too.
Im all for the both barrels approach. The kids have suffered enough and so has she.
I will be doing a binding as well to back it up but I just want a quick vote from you guys n gals as to what you think.
