I thought I should share my story about growing up in my Family here. I was born in 1986 to my Mother and Father, well I hope!:Djk. Well anyways, since I was little I knew there was always something different about me, but until now I could never put my finger upon what it was. My whole family was not ever brought up in any religion, but the ideals of Christianity were slowly embedded into their brains as well as my own. SO when I bring up the idea of Witchcraft My bro's always call it crapp. I have never thought to ask em why they thought that, for fear of causing a fight. My other Brother and my parents on the other hand have absoultely nothing against it. My dad has a student who is wiccan, and they are great friends so his understanding comes from that. My brother Terry is incredabely smart when it comes to religion and other cultures so it spawns from that. My mother has actually told me that she thinks that of The Earth as a Goddess and the God up in heaven her god. She says if she had to pick to raise us in any religion she would choose Wicca. So pretty much, my family has two sides to it. The Not understanding side, and the understanding side. As for my brothers, They are leaving pretty soon anyways so their close-minded opinions I could care less about. It is funny how I hear them preach about the cons of Christianity and that they know that they are not. Yet they still have the ideals of one:rolleyes: When will some people learn to understand instead of discriminate? I guess I will leave you guys at that, have a wonderful day! Toodles.:)
