I just picked up the Tarot of a Moon Garden deck

Very beautiful, whimsical, and lovely, just my kind of deck (I find cards like the Rider deck too simplistic).. :)

This is my fourth deck (after The Arthurian Tarot, the Faerie Oracle, and the Unicorn Tarot).. I'm looking forward to doing a reading with these...

I also picked up Myst III : Exile so of to game I go weeeeee ;)

Willow if you like things that are not so simplistic then you should check out THOTH, these cards can be confusing.

Its got a really unusual feel to it! I love all the depictions, they are very different and kind of child like drawings! Ive thought about getting this deck in the past, and will someday!
Have loads of fun reading with it ~ they are very beautiful and I expect very powerfull if you connect with them :D

I have heard that the Moon Tarot was a really good deck. I am interested in what you think of the Unicorn Tarot as I have thought of getting this deck before but, haven't really decieded on it yet.

I picked up the Unicorn tarot on a whim. Basically I saw it, the shoppe was just about to close, and I've always loved unicorns, so I picked it up and bought it without thinking too much. When I did get a good look at it I found the artwork was very simple. For me, I need very elaborate artwork (as in the faerie oracle or tarot of a moon garden decks), it just helps me see the meanings better. For example, I look at the colouring of any card, what objects are in the picture, what any characters are doing (ie. dancing, standing, laying, looking mischievious, looking thoughtful, etc) and this helps me get a better grasp on the reading. The Unicorn tarot doesn't make this easy, since the pictures are simple. If you like a simple deck and love unicorns I'd recommend it. Also, if you're still in the "see what the book that comes with the deck says" stage it would be ok.

Lately I've just been using the Moon and Faerie decks, and saving the Unicorn deck for spellwork.

I have Tarot of a Moon Garden also. It was my favorite deck for the last couple years. Until I bought the Sacred Circle Tarot.

I've found Moon Garden to be very easy to read, but it seems to put a positive spin on everything. I like it for light hearted "what's up" type readings.

Bright Blessings
