Since I have been out of school, I have been falling asleep very late. I was wondering if there was any tea or special herbal thing that could help my brain get back on track for when to go to sleep? Does anyone know?

Melatonin has become popular recently for regulating sleep cycles.

Lavender. But you ahve to be careful with it. Take a cup of boiling water and add a teaspoon (no more) of dried lavender leaves to it. Allow them to steep 10-15 minutes (no more) then strain the leaves out. Add a little sugar or honey to sweeten (not much). And drink it at your bedside just before you slip under the covers. :D
