A number of wiccans, witches, and pagans attend the Universal Unitarian churches. Might this be what you mean?
I don't know of a specific church only for Wiccans, but then again, I am not a Wiccan!

Yes, UU's have nights for Wiccans... if you look in your phone book for UU... Universalist Unitarian.. you can call them. I doubt ALL have them

Some larger Wiccan groups use the term 'church' - often, it's because either they're *not* a coven setting (they're looking at larger groups of people) or because it makes it easier to get certain kinds of legal status.
Some states have more restrictive rules about who can be considered clergy (which can affect who can perform marriages, sometimes deal with access in hospital setting, things like that...) and sometimes part of the legal language involves being a part of a church or similar community (larger than a coven would be, and generally with more structured bylaws/appropriate tax status)
So some Wiccans form larger groups to help with that. How they work from that point varies a lot: some do group rituals and provide general networking and such, but have a lot of smaller affiliated groups (covens) which mostly do their own thing. Others have a more unified community where there aren't little separate groups doing stuff together mostly. Some are in the middle.

Hi Everyone! My name is DarkDancer and I am a UU(which by the way is Unitarian Universalist) Pagan. Yes, UU Churches are all over and they are non-denominational (I mean that completely, you can wask into a UU church and potentially be sitting next to a Christian on your left, a Muslim on your right, A Jewish person behind you and a Pagan in front of you. With an atheist (yes atheist) as your usher.) Some UU churches have CUUPs chapter (Covenant of the UU Pagans).
If you are interested here's a link to a UU locater. UU Locator. (http://www.uua.org/CONG/)
And if you wonder about CUUPs...CUUPs (http://www.cuups.org/)

Maybe the Church of All Worlds is what you've heard about? Here's a link to their website: http://www.caw.org/

I go to a UU church but we don't have a cuups chapter here. I'm looking into other ways though to get involved with pagans in the area. Birmingham, AL.

There is the Wiccan Church of Canada (http://www.wcc.on.ca/). As another poster mentioned, the word church is used to denote the fact that this is a large group of Wiccans, as opposed to a small coven.
Remember, church isn't necessarily a Christian word. The third definition Merriam-Webster gives is "a body or organization of religious believers."

I think we actually have a Wiccan church in my town. Not sure I'd have to double check.
yep, we do
The Church of Indo-European Wicca is a Wiccan Church, incorporated in the State of Washington and recognized as a tax-exempt church by the IRS
