I have quite a few 10ml bottles of oils that I've collected. It says they are massage oils each blended (besides containing the particular scent) with grapeseed oil and vitamin E.
So I'm taking a stab here and saying that they wouldn't be suitable to use in an oil burner. Would I be correct?

Also, when using essential oils in oil burners is it necessary to add water, as this is how I have been using my oil burner thus far.

Umm, the grapeseed etc is just to kind of tone down the oil, cos it's very strong without it. However, I've used blended oils and they've worked well for me ^_^

Yes, you can use them. What I do is fill the well up with warm to hot water, put in a few drops of EO or blended oils. Light my tea light and go. You should only use a few drops of essential oils, but can use more than that if they are prediluted.

Now, does anyone know if you can use diluted oils on the pads of an electric diffuser? I haven't done that yet, since the grapseed oil won't fully evaporate from the pad.
