Well, I may have found a new hobby. We took the kids to the nearby wildlife refuge and walked the mile long trail. I took a few photos and some of them came out pretty good. I decided to make some desktops out of them. These are my first attempts at photographing anything seriously, so critique away. Feel free to use any of them. I added the little sayings myself. Just an extra touch.

Great pics, but I got bombarded with pop-ups when I clicked on your link :(

:foh: Sorry about that. It's an angelfire page. I normally get one pop up when I visit someone's angelfire page. Not sure why you got bombarded with them.

Those came out really nice! I keep telling myself to bring the camera along with me more often...I've been wanting to try my hand at taking nature pictures too.
Thanks for sharing. :)

Thank you for the comments! :) It came about accidently really. I took the camera with us just to see if I could capture some wildlife and what not, and the pictures that came out I thought were really nice. So I think it struck something in me.
We're heading to Fryne Cliff this weekend. Waterfalls and tall cliffs to capture. :)
