Please help with banner question!

ok so I have made a banner on Roxio photosuite 5 and saved it there,but how do i put it in my posts? :lol:
It says that when I go to mannage attchments that it's not a jpg, So How do I change it to a jpg and then add it to the post? :crazylaug
And then add it to my profile sig???
Lot's of questions I know,but I am really trying to add it and it's driving me mad! :wah:

You probably saved it as the default file type for the program you're using.

What you have to do is bring up the banner in your program and hit Save As. When you're there, under where you type the name for the file, there should be a drop down window. Click on that, and scroll until you find .jpg

From there, you should be able to post it to a thread (why not use this one? ;) ). When you have uploaded the banner, click on the thumbnail to get the URL, copy that and go up to your UserCP, Signature, paste the URL into the text box there, highlight it, and click on the button that looks like a scene with mountains and a sun.

If you don't have that, type around the URL, making sure that there are no spaces.
