Readings for 2nd Blue Group - Loopy, Amora, Puma Hime - 26/07/01

Well I thought I'd take a study break, and take a few minutes to work some more with my new deck (Tarot of a Moon Garden)... Not sure if this will mean much - my brain's fried - but I hope someone will get some insight out of it :)

Loopy - The Chariot ;

What I see here is a lovely starry eyed lady with a wand in a chariot drawn by two pegasus with rainbow manes and a yin yang between them. The moon above is waxing, and the area is covered in stars. What I see is a victory in some way that is comign to pass. Something in your life you've been thinking about or working towards that will become clear for you, and you will ascend or reach new horizons. It may also suggest physical travel.

Amora - The Knight of Cups ;

Cups signify emotion, a Knight can indicate someone gallant in your life or a gallant aspect of yourself. The moon is waxing above and the Knight is seated on a pegasus and holding a cup. They are floating over a stream. According to the book the Knight is returning from a journey; he is often found in pursuit of a goal and is thought of as someone who reaches an amicable approach or solution if he can. Could mean that you are on a journey or that you're approaching the end... I'm not really clear on this one :)

Puma Hime - Two of Cups ;

Cups again signify emotion. This scene is beautiful and includes two gorgeous butterflies near a waxing moon and flying over two chalices. Both chalices are upright - usually a good thing since they can thus be full of your love. I believe the butterflies represent you and your boyfriend. Your love is great and is growing. Very lovely :)

Sure, I'd love to.. I decided to pull three, I hope that's ok. :)

There are the 4 of Staffs, the Page of Pentacles, and the 8 of Pentacles. Pentacles to me represent prosperity and Staffs to me represent wisdom or strength.

Lots of butterflies and all 3 have full moons (I love full moons :))

The first shows 4 trees with vines crawling up them and 2 unicorns looking on up to a castle under a full moon. There is a lot of underbrush here, which to me represents how you have to sort things out. The castle could represent your goal. I think now you have a few things you want to do all at once and sometimes you worry you just can't get all of it together, but you will reach the castle and it's full moon. The vines growing up the trees to me symbolize how things are growing and working out, even though the underbrush in front of you looks chaotic and sometimes you get so caught up in it you forget that you are making progress.

The Page is holding a Pentacle up (the Pentacles in this deck are represented by semi transparent spheres like crystal balls with Pentagrams painted on them) to the full moon while 2 butterflies fly around above him. To me butterflies usually represent lovers and I would say there is a prosperous relationship in your life now or there will be. If there is now it will only get better. The book suggests the Page represents someone who is a scholar and a dreamer - wise and yet by the time they give up the tooth fairy they've already started on the path to their destiny. This is the person who will find wonder in the first flower of spring, colours of autumn, song of a bird, or wonderment of the year's first snow.

The 8 of Pentacles shows an artists palette in amongst the flowers, with 8 Pentacles floating above with a butterfly and a full moon in the sky. In the book it is said to represent the balance between work and play, duality, and the finding of an unexpected resource or latent talent. You may wish to spend time creatively - painting, singing, writing poetry, or even just daydreaming, to help you sort through that which you wish to and remind you of the divine essence of daily life. Take some time out to love yourself and enjoy your talents.

Perhaps this reminds you that it's ok to take some time out and be childish - get some crayons and colour in a colouring book even - and have faith that your goals will be reached and you are growing towards them. All work and no play is never good :)

That was a very helpful reading.

You're so right...I keep starting things & have so many things I want to accomplish. I know I need to slow down & do one thing at a time. :) Like you said, I will get there. Things are chaotic & I tend to overlook the progress I've made. I want to continue working on my runes, I want to work on using my crystal ball, & now, I want to learn tarot!

The description of the page sounds just like my son!

The 8 of Pentacles is right on also. I've been thinking that since I've joined this wonderful community here at mysticwicks, I've been neglecting other important areas. I don't have the time to do the creative stuff as I used to. This place is really time consuming & I do love it. I guess I have to find that balance.

You are actually more clear than you think on my card... I was seeing someone who was a Pisces (Cups) and our journey is coming to an end...unfortunately. So you are right on!!!

Thanks Willow! :D Things are becoming clearer to me this past week; you were pretty much dead on. I'm sorting out my priorities, and things are definitely lighting up along the way. :D
