Best way to get involved with local groups

I am having some trouble finding a good way to get involved with a local pagan group. Does anyone have any pointers or suggestions. Also, I would love to hear of any groups in the Oklahoma City or Edmond, Oklahoma area. I have checked ot Okpagan and witchvox but I am hoping that I might find some more recent information. Have you searched Yahoo! Groups for Pagan lists pertaining to your area? For example, here in Kentucky, we have the KYPaganForum, which is a good jumping off place for a lot of folks.

Attend local Moots and Gatherings

You could try the website for The Pagan Federation International. They have listings for groups in all countries. Sorry don't know full address, but should be easy enough to find.
