Just got home from their pre-test for their next belt in tae kwon do, and they both received As on their Poom Saes and A- on their Ho Sin Sols!! :yourock: :hahugh:

On Friday they have to do board breaks and sparring, then they'll get ADULT green belts!

They can kick my a**! What was I thinking??

I've always wanted to get into Martial Arts but never did... I think i'll take it as my gym in college if they have that option... Martial Arts or maybe Rockclimbing...

It is good to know this, but be careful... I think it is wonderful for the mind and body. All that discipline. I learned it years ago, and very happy that I did
