I am looking for a wealth, or money spell

HI!

I had this wonderful spell a couple of years back, that worked wonders for me, and it envolved a green candle, a bowl, and an endless supply of dimes. Has anyone heard of this??

DH lost his job, and I'm really having problems supporting all these children on what I make as the *Copy Queen* so, I thought that perhaps it was time for this spell again. I can't find it anywhere, and I don't have a book of shadows either :(

any ideas?? or ideas for a new one, that someone has had some success with!

I have a pretty cool prosperity rite. Never used it but once, as I've found other ways of doing this. But it does work:

A Prosperity Ritual

The most powerful rituals are those which we design ourselves and which are done in the ritual structure taught by our respective tradition/path. Because of this, I have stripped this ritual down to the core elements, which can be added to any traditional ritual structure. It is - I believe - sufficiently flexible to fit into just about any path/tradition and can probably be modified even for some non-Wiccan paths/religions by changing “Lord and Lady” into whatever names/attributes desired. All I claim for this ritual is that it worked for me. I put this into the public domain for the benefit of all. I would appreciate, however, any and all feedback on whether it worked for you, any modifications you may have made, and so on. As this is a ritual of Increase, it is designed to be done at the New Moon or within the three day period following the Dark of the moon (or else the wording should be changed).

Needed: (in addition to normal working tools & supplies)
Prosperity incense (from your local supplier or mix your own)
Moon Goddess incense (ditto)
A green candle
A pen/felt tip with green ink
A large ashtray or something else into which burning paper can be put (cauldron, etc.)

*** Setup and Beginning of Ritual ***

[Note: this next can be done ahead of time]

Ground and Center.
Light the prosperity incense and the green candle.

Then, focusing on your monetary needs (not your “wants”), write each down on a separate piece of paper using green ink.

Move to your altar and light the Moon Goddess incense. Then, take each piece of paper, read what you wrote on it and, while focusing on the specific need, pass the piece of paper through the mixed smoke of the incense. Light it from the green candle and put it in the ashtray to burn out.
Take the rest of the slips of paper and do the same.

After all of the slips of paper have been burnt, focus on actually getting the money (from whatever source you believe would work), and while raising energy by moving around the altar/circle in a clockwise direction three times, say the following once for each time you go around the altar [pronouns may be changed as necessary, or names may be inserted]:


Lord and Lady,
Hear my plea.
Send to us
The funds we need.
Harming none
And helping all,
Lord and Lady
Hear my call.
Lord and Lady
Grant this boon
Of money
With the new born moon.


After the final circle, release the energy, saying

By all the power of three times three,
as I have spoke, So Mote It Be!


Ground and center again. Then just sit quietly for a few minutes and visualize - as clearly as you can - getting the money you need.

I have a money spell that I wrote but that I have yet to use. I'm gong to do it in the next week or two though. I personally thing the strongest spell is the one you create yourself but feel free to make my spell your own. It's pretty simple:

During a Waxing Moon gather together some earth, a green candle, an athame or knife to carve the candle with, and a candle holder or a small flower pot or small bowl.

Charge the earth with positive receptive energy using your receptive hand while saying:
"I charge this earth with positive thoughts
By the money I need, all is not lost"

Charge the candle with positive receptive energy using your receptive hand while saying:
"I charge this candle with positive thoughts
By the money I need, all is not lost"

Carve a money symbol into the candle ($ will suffice or something that represents money to you) using the athame or knife. Put the earth in the candle holder (or whatever vessle you choose) while saying:
*"This earth I hold support my plea"
Light the candle while saying:
*"As this candle burns, my wish to me
and it harm none so mote it be"

Let the candle burn for 7 minutes. Concentrate on the flame. See the money you need coming to you. See yourself paying bills and getting out of debt. Extinguish the flame.
Repeat "*" as you relight the candle each day for the next 6 days (7 days total)letting the candle burn for 7 minutes each day.

From DJ Conway's Celtic Magic

On the Full Moon, take a bowl of water & place it in the moonlight. Place a silver or gold coin in the water. Make motions with your hands, as though drawing moonlight into the bowl, & chant 3 times:

"Lovely Lady of the Moon,
bring to me your wealth right soon.
Fill my hands with silver & gold;
all you give, my purse can hold."

Let the bowl then sit in the moonlight for a while, that the coin can absorb more energy. When finished, pour the water on the ground, & bury the coin.

Uncle Ricky's Practical Rune Magic for Money

You'll need a gold & silver candle.

Carve a Fehu Rune (see 'Runes I' in divination, if you don't know the symbol) onto each candle. As you carve the Rune, sing/chant/speak it's name. Ask the Vanir (the old Norse Gods/desses of fertility & plenty: Frey, Freya, Nerthus, Niord, etc) to bring you gold & silver from their treasure trove. Burn the candles 'til they're gone.

Lucky Money

Equipment needed:

1.Play paper money - the larger the denominations, the better.
2.Two green candles and one white, big enough to last burning 9 days, 9 minutes a day.
3.9 cloves.
4.A whole nutmeg.
5.Lucky Oil - made from equal parts of pure virgin olive oil and rose oil (rose oil is available at any store that sells essential oils).
6.A $1.00, $5.00, or $10.00 bill that you won’t mind donating later.

Spell Casting Steps:

1.Inscribe your name down the front of the white candle, using a twig from a green tree.
2.On each green candle inscribe three dollar signs.
3.Dip your finger in the Lucky Oil and rub it all over the candles repeating 9 times: “By the power of the elements, I empower you.”
4.Set the candles on a table where they will not be disturbed, except by you for 9 days. Put the white candle between the two green candles.
5.Surround the candles completely with the play money, reserving two large denomination bills.
6.Sprinkle the cloves on top of the money.
7.Wrap the whole nutmeg up in your real money. Place it in front of the candle with your name on it.
8.each day for 9 days burn the candle for 9 minutes. During these 9 minutes you should concentrate on your luck with money; how you will make the right decisions concerning money, how money will come to you through lotteries, gambling, any “lucky money
9.On the Ninth Day, let the candles burn out completely while you concentrate on your petition.
10.On the Ninth Day, take the real money unwrapped from the nutmeg and give it to what you consider a good cause.
11.On the Ninth Day, put all the equipment used in the spell together in a safe place. at the end of 9 days you may discard the equipment discreetly keeping it all together. Burial is the preferred form of discarding.

NOTE: Keep the nutmeg in your purse, pocket, or wallet as a good luck charm. Use the cloves in cooking when you want to feel especially lucky.

I think i'm going to try your technique (i'm not too sure about DJ Conway, as i've she's fluffy (especially her Norse Magic and Celtic Magic, which are, apparantly, the same thing, just with different words).

But, i've got a question, if you call on the Vanir, do you have to be a follower of Asatru (or a Heathen), 'cause, right now, i don't have a path, and i wouldn't want to be disrespectful to the gods that are involved (would they mind or would they prefer you were already a worshipper of theirs?).

Also, does it have to be a gold and silver candle, as i'm not sure how available they are here (but if they are needed, i guess i can find a way to get them).
