Faeries swap-- anyone interested?

It came up as a joke regarding the craft faeries (angels) for missing swaps in the craft exchange, but I thought it was a good idea so I thought I'd run a swap for hand crafted fairies. Any one interested?
Here's what I'm thinking-- hand made fairies of some kind e.g.: drawn, stuffed dolls, clay dolls, decopaged boxes. Whatever your medium is, the only thing required is a fairy theme (if this works we could try mermaids, dragons, or something else another month.)
I'll be taking sign-ups for a week and posting buddies by May 1st. Swaps must be sent out by May 28th (its a Friday, but the following Monday is Memorial Day) I'd like to use the same rules as the regular craft swap so that everyone knows what they're getting into.

My only question, is do we really need two swaps? Kimmie has asked me about swaps that I used to run, and I have given her ideas. One of those ideas was themed swaps. You may be seeing themes, such as faerys, dragons, fire, ice and holidays in the upcoming swaps. Whatever everyone's imaginations run with. Wouldn't this be more simple? I think it may be easier then trying to keep swaps separate.

I also had an idea for a birthday gift surprize thing, but am not sure if anyone would be interested in that. It would not be a swap. You would just send in items to be given as gifts when birthdays come along. You sign up, and send a gift, and when your bday rolls around, you get a gift. Just an idea.

Anyway, I am going to mosey along and read some more, before I have to get to work. :)

I guess it would be more simple, but then, I'm ADDICTED to swaps and would like to do more than one a month. I don't want to horn in on anyone's territory, just wanted to add another option since I had the time and the inclination. What does anyone else think-- is two too many? If no one likes the idea I'll drop it, but I'd like to keep this going if there are others that want to participate

~pouts~ I so wish I had some sort of crafty ability so that I could particpate in these swaps...I don't really consider stenciling crafty, though I guess it is now that I think about it.

Of course stenciling is crafty-- I can never keep the lines clean! All you have to do is stencil on something-- box, fabric, paper that you frame, the frame itself. . . and voila, instant craft.

Definately understand-- mine's too little to attack the toes, but she keeps insisting she's hungry right at the point where I'm concentrating the most on whatever it is I'm doing. She's adorable though-- I'm sure yours is too.
