I have myasthenia gravis (http://www.mdausa.org/disease/mg.html) and have had one heck of an exacerbation (weakness to the point of collapsing and difficulty breathing) for the last week and a half.

I could use some healing energy and some healing thoughts. . .

I just spoke to the doctor and he suggested I go to the hospital. MG affects the diaphragm and he is afraid my breathing is being affected.

Donna, I am so sorry to hear that you are ill.
It has been hard for me to breath this week I can't imagine how bad it must be for you.

I don't live far from you ya know. We need to get together some time.

Thank you all. I was put on steroids for the next ten days to help bolster my immune system. I am supposed to contact my neurologist on Monday to check on getting an IVig treatment. That is where they give you a large dose of immunoglobulin to help restart your immune system.

They found a node in one of my lungs, though. I am supposed to start checking on that Monday as well.

Protective energy for my job is greatly needed in addition to healing energy.

Gala, you are right, we should get together some time. I was just in Waco this last weekend, but was so busy I could not get in touch.
