Too Hot!!!

I can't believe that I've spent nearly all weekend indoors (a lot of it on MW, hehe), while it's soooo sunny outside. After one of the wettest winters on record, with widesprad flooding, you'd think we'd be glad of a good summer.
But it's sooooooo hot, can't do anything. Got all the windows and doors open, trying to catch a breeze but there there isn't any.
Too hot to do any housework( 8O ), no air conditioning 'cos we don't get enough hot weather to warrent it.
So i guess i'll just have to stay here!

It was like that here last week! Wouldn't you know it, the day my honey goes and buys an air conditioner, it's cooled down! 8O

IT was like that in NJ as well, it was really humid.

There is a saying that the British summer is 3 hot days and a thunderstorm. Really looking forward to the storm, but it's 3 weeks overdue now!

The Ottawa Valley is renowned for it's bizarre weather...for the past five weeks we've had 90 degree and higher weather....two days ago we were wearing sweaters as the temperature dropped to 52 degrees!! Weird stuff, I tell ya....weeeeeird stuff....

Ugh! i would kill for the weather to get cold enough to wear a sweater!

The relative temperature here one day last week was 120!!!!!!! :eek:

Now its in the low hundreds! Yeah! at least the house can stay cool at that temp. :cool:
