tell me I'm not the only one with the talent to just break things. Nothing lasts in my possesion.
Nothing! It's a gift. It's a curse!
Every year I have to get a new pair of glasses. Not because the perscription changed. Nope. It because I've broken them atleast 3 months before.

tell me I'm not alone at least that way I won't feel so retarded when I go in to get a pair of glsses for the 2nd time this year. It's only April!

Me neither.

If it makes you feel better, about 8 months ago I had my contacts in for once, and my glasses broke... add in that I'm almost legaly blind without coreective lenses of soem sort, and I was stuck wearing my contacts for almost two weeks until my new glasses came in!

MoonDust

ouch!

at least you didn't go through 3 pairs of disposable contacts before you realized that the problem was that you were putting them in inside out :strike:

No.. but mine aren't disposables either..lol. 1 pair = 1 year. If i suddenly had disposables, it might be another story... I hear they are a lot thinner then the ones i have.. eek!

If I had a PENNY i would be so rich. Not only do I drop and break things I can't walk properly. I walk diagonally, I trip over my feet, I slip, and I fall, and I also walk into walls (although that might just be stupidity).

I used to do that on purpos when I was a kid and I didn't want to wash the dishes. I'd lather one up really good hold it in my hands and turn away from the sink. My mom would rush in after she heard the crash and shoo me out the door. :D

she caught on quick and I was grounded even faster.

Nighthawk you're right. I never take time to do things I'm always rushing trying to get things done off a list in my head. I just steamroll over stuff. I also don't know my own strength sometimes -or so I've been told

Heh, I'm sooo glad I have contact lenses (I have those one-month disposable ones). Then again I was once clumsy enough to drop one down the plughole... I also once went through four hours of pain only to discover a huge tear in the middle of the lens :2G:.

Okay okay, so I'm clumsy too :p.

I've broken many things in my time, usually while trying to fix it thereby making it worse.

You mean it isn't the carpet coming up and grabbing my foot that causes me to fall while standing perfectly still?

And the room doesn't shift 30 degrees everytime I turn around causing me to run into the wall right in front of me? I swear it wasn't there a second ago!

I rubbed my eye and the contact tore ( I have two week) and I went around all day in school with this burning pain in my eye until finally I took the contact around and was half blind. Argh...stupid contacts...
