1. 8 of Swords
2. 2 of Pentacles

1. Why I'm not centered - uh lots of conflict. Dark clouds hover over a girl crowded in by swords. I "find [myself] inundated with decisions". Every option seems to be a dead end, and I need to see a new perspective.

2. A jester 'neath the full moon juggling and happy. Suggests new beginnings have been difficult and hard to juggle.

3. The path runs between 6 trees to the 7th. A very simple card, the book says it suggests relying on the 6th sense (get it, path of 6 trees?), have faith, and not let adversity overwhelm.

4. New opportunities will arise from past achievements and excellence. The waxing moon suggests there is still work to do but reward will be given. It also suggests that anyone who gets in the way of my reaching that award is doing so out of envy.

Makes more sense then you could know :)

BTW, where did you find these spreads? I'm printing them out for my BoS too and I'd like to give credit. I would also like to give them to some Pagan friends of mine offline - who's permission do I need? Thanks.

The Hermit Spread for Silver Venus

Card 1: THE TOWER

You see drastic change as inevitable in your life, and this is why you can’t settle. You are waiting for the changes to finish, so you have a clear path to go ahead. I feel that you are not frightened of change as such, but you are holding back on making decisions for your future because you anticipate more changes that you can’t control coming soon.

Card 2: DEATH

I feel this represents your past, and some momentous changes that have happened in the last few months with all aspects of your life. I also get the feeling that this represents some ‘false starts’ where you have felt you have had a fresh beginning, but it turns out not to be so. With all these changes in your past, it’s no wonder that the TOWER turns up in position one!

Card 3: 5 of CUPS (reversed)

Yes, I’m attempting to read with reversed cards, so bear with me babes! This represents your future path, and I feel that it’s telling you the changes in your life are not going to be as devastating and painful as you think. I get the feeling that you have a cloud above you right now, and though you can’t put your finger on exactly what is wrong, you are not your normal positive self. I feel that in your darkest moments you think everything you have will crumble around you, and that’s simply not going to happen!

Card 4: KING of PENTACLES

OK, I’m going to sound like a school teacher now! To achieve your potential you’ve got to knuckle down and work like stink babes! Be practical, and don’t avoid the jobs you hate. You will need to get everything in order, your finances, your work, your home and have tight control. Once you’ve done this, I feel that you will be released from this cloud you’re under, really feel like you’ve achieved something and be full of energy for the next step in your life. (I really need to take some of my own advice here, too!!)

I’ve also drawn a card for you as a ‘Life Lesson’ and came up with THE DEVIL – don’t hang onto things after they have become a burden for you. Don’t be bound by duty, and do things for others when you really don’t want to because you will become resentful. Sometimes we have to look at our life and decide what we want to keep, and what we want to throw away, even if some of the things we discard were once very dear to us. Kind of like clearing the wardrobes babes!!

Sorry this isn’t more cheerful and happy… I hope it helps a little, and please tell me if I’m way off the mark!!

Yeah I do!!!! but I always can cope with change and pick myself back up again. I feel that this is my deep secret ~ so to speak ~...
I have had a very rollarcoaster of a life and I certainly dont want that in the future..but because Im used to it ~ I dont mind it... Life is meaningless to me in a sense & I think this is why this card is here.

Yeah spot on again!! ~ also it represents a death in me a few years ago and a new positive totally different outlook on life which has helped me come to terms with allot of my past :D & Which is why I have the tower in 1.

Ooo reversed!! Ick! Well done babe ~ I do feel as thought there is a cloud above me, but only because I need a little more space to be on my own ~ not because I am down or anything just because I want space! I used to think that in the past about my darkest moments but now I dont let my mind go there! I think maybe this card is saying i may be a bit more clear headed in the future (hopefully!!)>?
