Could I have a reading please?

The last week or so, my head has been really flighty and fuzzy. I am having a hard time getting focused on anything. Instead I am flitting from one thing to another and getting nothing accomplished. This is in all areas of my life. Could someone tell me what could be blocking me or a way to help myself focus better?

...but in the meantime, have you been doing any energy work recently? You may need to ground and centre yourself. I do this every morning when I get into my office, which seems to help me with my concentration, and to stop me getting side-tracked.

Except when I'm taking a break on here of course!

Kiya, Thanks so muck. I will be waiting patiently :) I have been trying to meditate each morning. And I am just struggling, my mind has been *everywhere* I have been trying to relax and breathe, the whole deal...and nothing... I have been trying to meditate and pray at night too and again, I feel my mind bouncing. It has been pretty discouraging. oh well! I am interested in what you can figure out. :)

Silver~ I tried the Hermit Spread. I have a harder time reading for myself than I do others. Could you take a peak and see what I came up with? Thanks!! BTW, I am using Universal Waite.

1. Your true self~ The Page of Cups. I am seeing this as me as an emotional person. I am idealistic and intuitive. Yet am I a bit immature? (I hope not:eek: 8O )
2. My Path, Where I have been~ 8 of Pentacles. I see that as the hard work and learning I have put into my life. I am a steady person and have worked hard to get where I am today.
3. Where I am heading~ The Empress. Another emotional, intuitive card to me. I feel that this is saying that I am working at being a down to earth person, yet entrenched in my maternal feelings and emotions.
4. Inner light, my potential~ 3 of Cups. I see this as a meeting of hearts, a sisterhood or feeling of solidarity. I feel that this means that my work will pay off at some point.

*sigh* Why is it so much harder to get info out of the cards when you read for yourself? Or is it just me?

Can you give me some more insight by any chance? The cards seem "nice" and they seem to work together well. I am still having a rough time figuring out why I am mentally fried. Well I do know,~ my kids are making me nutty right about now (LOL), but that shouldn't effect me first thing in the morning when I am trying to meditate or when I am trying to get housework done...

Significator is the Four of Spears - confussion within itself. 'nough said about that.

The first and second cards: The Moon and 7 of Shields. They told me little exept that you may be on a spiritual plane of solitude. You may have become a little reclusive but that can be expected and, overcome.

Hi hun, Maybe its the planets? (look in Astrology as there is lots going on this week) or the moon? or just one of those weeks!
I get ~ (but I cant see your cards...)
1) Same as you, I wouldnt say your immature at all just a ponderer and a dreamer which is one of your talents but also a weakness maybe? Are you a water or air sign too?
2) Great you got it!! Maybe you think life is hard work too? or that you have worked really, really hard at life?
3) Yes!! I wouldnt say entrenched at all....But a great Mother! All the positive aspects of being a mother ~ you want to provide, love an cherish for your family and all around you! This is a great goal!
4) Again you should have more faith in yourself because thats exactly what I would of said!! Also you are a great listener and friend to many and people come to you for help. This is a great strength of yours! But you always have to take time out to recharge those batteries, as you give so much energy out you can feel fuzzy.. which you are!! *eyebrow wiggle* I guess my dear ol hubby is gonna be happy about this:p Seriously, I wonder more about the 2 of Swords, my adversary.... I wonder if it could be me, as in I am my own worst enemy. Kiya touched on that a bit at the end of her reading..

Kiya, your reading was right on. The Temperance reversed hit it completely. And cards 6 and 7- they sound just like me too. As I just said to Rant, i am most hard on myself and I don't cut myself any slack- which is not a good way to be.

Silver~ Oh yes, I am a water sign- Cancer all the way :) I was wondering about the astological aspects of this time. I had been trying to read on astology a bit and it just confuses me to no end :confused: Thanks for helping me out on my reading, I feel much more confident with the cards when I read for someone else.

...whenever I read for myself I'm normally too involved to see straight. Mind you, the best reading I ever did for myself was when I was half watching tv and had a couple of glasses of wine. Guess I must have been more relaxed! Wierd!
