well there's a few different ways to do it. I do it one of two ways. for a small ritual or just meditating I first ground and center. I then take my athame (signifying fire) and imagine a white light coming out of the tip and I walk around my room and imagine the light crating a wall along the walls of my room. If I'm doing a larger ritual I do the same, but I go around the room a second time flicking salt water at the wall (salt for the earth and water for well...water) , the 3rd time i swirl incense around the room(signifing air). Each time I do this I imagine another layer adding to the circle wall.
