Especially magnesium and B-Complex.
Please be careful with those herbs!
Once I ingested some Wormwood because I read on the 'net that it helped mentral cramps, well it did. But then I read in another book that it builds up in your system and can be quite fatal. Yikes.
Sometimes I live and learn the hard way...wait a minute, not just sometimes! lol

Wormwood can be fatal. that's why the drink made from it, absinthe, is illegal.

In the UK Absinth is not legal as of last year.

It is thought that the build up in the body of wormwood overtime caused people to go insane ~ and since one of the major components of absinthe is wormwood ... Come to find out (and I've researched this), people who drank absinthe were mostly alcoholics or already had psychological problems. That's why they were classified as insane.

Saint John's Wort is supposed to be. Personally I'd hit the library and find a good medicinal herbal and check everything out before you start using it.

The reason why she had to go off of the ST. John's Wort, is that it can cause bleeding problems when you are having surgery.

From what I have read, many people benefit from kava kava, and there are fewer side effects to it. Tyler's Honest Herbal is a good reference.
