I have good results from using mine. It is in most cases a combination of you and the particular stone the pendulum is made of. You interact with its vibrations and and the pendulaum interacts with yours. So I have to say that yes, they do work.

I agree. they absolutely work but you have to find the stone that's right for you. I have a wonderful relationship with mine. I just have to be careful becasue I can make mine move with my mind. I have to make sure my mind is blank in order to get an accurate answer.

Pendulums are great! You don't to buy a fancy crystal one though, any weigh on a piece of string or a necklace will do. The more you work with one in particular though, the more clear your results will be.

I love mine. I carry it with me everywhere I go. It's never given me a wrong answer yet. Even when I think its wrong, it always proves to be right :hehehehe:

:fofftopic Methinks that the original question was about crystal healing rather than pendulum dowsing. I might be wrong, but otherwise, would the thread not be in divination?
Anyway, some stones are good for some body parts. Eg, a black stone with little white spots on it (I can't remember the name - sorry!) is v. good for the digestive system.
It really depends on what kind of healing you want to do.

I'm interested in pendulums. What all can you do with them? I know of healing and pin-pointing earth energy lines (dowsing), but what else is there?

My pendulum kind of found me, so I had to get it. It works for me, although to be honest, I don't really know how much or what I can do with it, and could use some guidance if anyone could help me out.
Thanks. :)

Yes I agree. I use to think I was moving my pendulum or breathing on it to make it move. I always thought it was wrong too, but nope. The little bugger is always right. ( :hehehehe: Unfortunately sometimes)

Mine works really well .I got it in the last swap adn MY daughter was with her father . I sked a question about them going to the movies and it said that he would take her. ( he is known to asy he will but something all ways comes up) Two days later when she got home she told me that he did take her adn even missed the NASCAR race which I asked about adn it too said that he would miss it. I was excited about the readings I got and the out comes that were comformed.

I have always had good luck with mine. I have never had it "be wrong." Mine is actually a bloodstone sphere that I keep in a hand crocheted pouch with a long drawstring on it. It works great and gives off an intense green energy. I love it and wouldn't trade it for the world.

I LOVE mine, its SO good at finding lost things - shockingly accurate.
(I will never again say "silly pendulum" when it suggests my things are in wierd locations - they're always right where it says they are!)

I have a pandulm that my mum bought on a recent trip to NZ.
I would like to learn more about using it though.
I have used it to ask "yes no" questions but not much else.
any help would be great thanks

yes they do.
i compare pendulums to playing piano... you know
10 % of people arent musical enough to play the piano
80% will be able to pay piano after more or less of parctice in a decent way
10% of people are especially gifted, and will play the piano great
such it is with pendulums.
what it takes from m point of view is that you choose your pendulums.
when i am on rock shows or flea markets, i have always so 7 or 8 dozens of different pendulums with me, so people can take time and choose their veyr special one
I have different pendulums myself, for different purposes as well as some general stuff ones
currently i am using like half a dozen of pendulums over all.

I really like my pendulum & yes they do work. It was very interesting because my sister & I were thinking of things to do when I read that you can find illnesses with them. They can scan your body & tell you where you have Problems. It was extremely accurate. She has endomitriousis (how ever it is spelled) & it picked it up. It also picked up the places on her legs that felt itchy. They are amazing. I cant wait to learn more about them.
On Stone though (minerals too) I just recently found out that Cavanite is known for having healing properties (it's a mineral) hehe :hahugh:

I myself just got a pendulum... and it was funny... out of all the pretty ones that I thought I would like, I didn't feel a thing with them... then one that I didn't think was that pretty... moved a heck of a lot for me and I truly feel something from it! It's been amazing working with the pendulum the last few days... I can feel such an energy from it when it's moving... and I know I'm not the one moving it... it's the magic of the pendulum... it's really cool and I'm really enjoying it! I'm happy I finally got one. So, my advice for anyone wanting to get a pendulum... get one in person... pick it up... touch it... feel it... try it out... you'll know if it's meant to be yours... =)
