Can you imagine being so old that you remember what life was like under the Czar? :jawdrop:

regardless of health, I just would not want to live that long...I'm sure she's seen a lot of amazing things, but...I just wouldn't wish it on anyone.

Wish it on me. There are so many things I want to do and see...

Just imagine how things have changed during her life!

imagine how many people she's loved and loss, imagine the carnage from both World Wars and countless others in that time....

UGH. Must be the pessimist in me rearing it's ugly head.

I'd take it, too. If I could live forever & be healthy (and preferrably relatively young & beautiful--while we're wishing here! ), I would. Seriously.

Forget all that, think of how she's managed to hold on to her sanity after living for a century :bug:

That IS amazing - imagine all that she's witnessed and endured. And she worked until she was 95!

I'd love to live that long (or longer) if I was healthy.

Neat! How did you know that Caliburn? Is there another article about her somewhere? These people should really be interviewed and have it be documented. They are living history.
