Request for a one-card reading...

Hey Raevyn.... I tried a one-card reading, and I got something weird too, so I tried out the Justice spread on you. Hope you don't mind?

Cards 1 & 3: 1st Choice. Avalanche and Son of Fire. The Avalanche would represent material gain, finance. The Son of Fire depicts a triumphant horse-riding guy. Two little dancing figures in pyramids below.

So that would be the option of getting the post, I believe.

Cards 2 & 4: 2nd Choice. The Torch and Daughter of Water. What I find interesting about them both is that the expressions on each face seem kind of shell-shocked. The Daughter of Water is vulnerable, and her hair flows skyward, signaling other possibilities.

So that would represent not getting the post, I believe.

The fifth card, the deciding factor, is the Mother of Earth. Her hair is controlled, signaling financial stability, and a lotus flower before her signals the sharing of her abundance. Also, she displays the same dancing figures on her stomache that are in the pyramid on the Son of Fire card.

I tend to think that it means either you'll get the job, or if you don't, it'll be in your best interest, as new (better) oppurtunities will arise. :)

I did a three card 'What will happen' Spread ~
Future ~ 8 of wands Action ~ This is a great future card ~ saying that there will be allot of things going on in your life soon, and you will be wanting to up the pace of everything a little too concernign your home as well as work life. Allot of change I think and a new direction in life and a new you ~ really wanting to take action and go for it!
Result of this ~ Knight of Wands ~ This could be a man inspiring you in the future, he may be your partner or a friend ~ Hell be very passionate and ambtious with allot of drive and adventure around him... Or this could be you!! Full of energy and ready to take on the world.
The Overall card ~ Ace of swords ~ I think theres something big here to do with communication maybe int he job your going for or maybe in ajob you will find.. I cant tell you if youll get the job but something will change and certainly be exciting! I think this card represents your strong points of listening and speaking to people ~ communicating and your intellect. This is a powerful card and very inspiring.

So I cant say one way of the other.. just maybe to keep all your options open! :)

I drew the sun so I get a little more strong impression that things will go well. You are confident but not cocky and you know the right place for your talents. I would say this is the best card i could have pulled for you. You will be successful....whether that means getting the job or whatever!!!

Yup I agree with everyone here, Rae. Maybe you aren't supposed to know which way it'll go (like I'm not supposed to know about the question I've been asking) but the cards are letting you know and the Gods are assuring you that either way it goes will be the best for you...

The ace of coins stands for a job turning up, money and stability in business, and also for a possibility of a child being born...

Anyways I asked if you would get the job you wished for and I guess the cards believe so, since the ace of coins stands for a job turning up, it is definitly how I see it, although, when asking about the future one can never be completely sure, it might be another job that I have spotted, if so, it is a job you wish to get... the future, being just that, is a bit tricky, it is not "fixed" it changes, although I am sure it brings good things for you... :)
