greetings & merry meet!
my name's margeaux and i'm extremely new here, so i hope some of you will introduce yourselves. :spinner: to tell you a bit about me...i'm 23, born 5th december, 1980 (sagittarius/monkey). i live with my boyfriend of 5 1/2 years billy & our daughter paige, born 27th sept., 2000. we own a house on a few acres of land along a small river in "downeast" maine. for animal companions, we have a blue persian cat (matraca zoe), a bengal cat (minerva guinevere--pregnant at the moment), 2 iguanas (ozzy & lizzie), a waterdragon (dumbledore), a lizard (phrog), some bullfrog eggs, a tarantula (vincent), a small tank of freshwater fish & a 250-gallon reef tank with lots of saltwater critters, including a young bamboo shark (needs a bigger tank soon...we're building a huge one). my style is mostly gothic. i'm a writer/artist/mommy & my bf owns an auto body shop. i also run a small new age/diy mail order distro called devil's playthings and do some zines. i'm a born witch. my family background mostly in shamanism. i was initiated into a wiccan circle at age 15, after a year & a day of rigorous study. i stayed with them for 3 years. i'm eclectic pagan and pretty much follow my own path. i'm now solitary and practice the craft daily. my interests/hobbies include: writing, reading, art, diy, zines, thrifting, yoga, bellydancing, singing, guitar, parapsychology, photography, magick, divination, meditation, all things supernatural, classic cars, road trips, exotic pets, hypnotism, movies, music, woodworking, architecture, history, folklore, genealogy, archaeology, old cemeteries, egyptology (esp. the amarna period), astronomy, literature, well-written children's stories, mythology, harry potter, leopard-print, lilacs, antiques, vintage/retro stuff, horror, fantasy, mystery, lots lots more...
