I noticed everyone has a little something written below their name. Mine is Neophyte or something like that, while others are names similar, and one was List Mouse or something along those lines. What's that about?

It just means you are new to the site after a few posts you can go in and change it. You will find that ability in your profile when you have made some more posts.

I think you can change it as soon as you become a Zelator.
