Class Materials Needed: a free chart drawing from astro.com, preferably your own chart.

Standard Disclaimer: All the information I present to you is gleaned from my 14 years of reading any Astrology book I can get my hands on, as well as doing numerous charts on pretty much anyone I meet! While I am quite knowledgable in many areas, I am not a "professional". I hold no certifications (/yet/) and I am not all-seeing and all-powerful. :lol: Nothing I say should take the place of professional medical advice (though I doubt I'll dive into /that/ area anyways :) ) These lessons are being presented as self-discovery.

oooo, i saw a book at Barnes & Nobles the other day... "Astrology Directory" or something like that, i couldn't get it because i shouldn't be spending any money.... :sadeyes: but i bet this class'll be way better than that book anyway :D lol

sidenote to self: go back to B&N and buy that $9.99 herbology book anyway, even if it'll put you in the hole because it wont be $9.99 forever. :2G:

Basically I will start a thread for each topic, give my own intro lesson, and then we'll just focus on going through each of your charts and applying the lesson. The threads can run concurrently... So if you come back and we've already started thread #2, don't worry, I'll still keep #1 going til everyone is done with it. :D

I would love to join, I have been a fan and seeker in Astrology for at least 20 years...used to read 3 monthly magazines -- American Astrology (my favorite), Dell Horoscope, and the third I think was called Astrology Today....may I ask what the time frames are on this?

Hi everyone.

I just got a message from Kadynas.

Due to computer problems it looks like the Astrology class won't start on June 1st as planned. Kadynas is rushing to get the technical difficulties worked out and hopes to be back online, and here at MysticWicks for the class and the regular discussions as soon as possible.

The class will go ahead, just perhaps a little bit behind schedule!

The class will now start this Friday instead of tonight like I had planned. So there's still time to get in if you want. Zodiac order is Aries, Taurus, Gemini, Cancer, Leo (5), Virgo, Libra, Scorpio (8), Sagittarius, Capricorn, Aquarius, Pisces.

I'm having a little trouble seeing where you're confused... maybe by the "natural houses"? All that means is that the 5th house for example "belongs" to the Sun and to Leo. But you can have your Sun in any house, and the signs on the houses are different for most people. All depends on where your wheel starts. :)

The class is going through aspects on a planet by planet basis. Right now we're /almost/ done with Venus. :)
