Ug. I alreayd had to stop it. I drank it for about 3 months, and it gave me severe migranes.

I ALREAY have migrane problems so it made it worse. Ug!

Maybe more people should read Snopes (http://www.snopes.com/toxins/aspartame.asp) every once in a while. And really - how am I supposed to take seriously a website that uses multiple exclamation points in conjunction with its press releases?

ditto the migraines... every time i have anything with aspartame i get sick as hell - whether i know it's there or not. there have been many times i've had migraines for days, only to find out it's something i've been eating/drinking with aspartame in it. terrible stuff.

I live off of it. I dont think its the Aspartame. I think its just individuals who's bodies do not take well to it. I havent had a problem and I wont stop drinking diet soda's and stuff. It's my life! :lol:

Laisrean /did/ post another site in a Political thread awhile back that didn't seem so suspect to me... :eyez: After all, when products like Sweet'n'Low say right on the package that it can cause cancer in lab rats, I think there's t least a /little/ cause for concern... :)

First I get very sick to my stomach, then I get a migrain and take a long nap. Stopped drinking anything with aspertain back wayyyyy back when,... when Tab was the drink to drink.

Everytime I eat or drink sometime with artificial flavoring or coloring in it my tongue goes numb.

I make a lot of my food from scratch. I don't drink diet soda's at all if I can help it. If I ever get that worried about it (my slightly expanding waistline :shhhh: ) water is 100% calorie free and so much cheaper than soda anyday.

I agree. . .and there are several diet drinks made with Splenda now. . .Diet Rite comes to mind
