I hate asking...but i just need some good thoughts or something. I don't have my meds approved yet and I've been off them for 4 days and am feeling really depressed and suicidal. I haven't had motivation for anything for the longest time and right now I just don't care. I don't want to keep fighting anymore, i don't have energy to do anything to myself, I just never want to get up again.


any good thoughts would be good. thank you.

Know that this, too, shall pass. Find something you enjoy doing. . .reading, dancing, chatting. . .something that usually makes you feel better. Do that, force yourself even if you don't feel like it. We need you around. . .

Call your therapist, too. . .let them know you are having a crisis. They may be able to help get your meds approved faster. . .

:hugz: Here! ( Gives some of her Paxil to you ) I know its rough when you go off medication. It almost feels like your back to the start with the battle. I hope your medication gets approved quickly! If not.. go to the hospital and tell them.. they might give you a single dose for the night. :hugz:

and take the advice of the others let them know it's a problem, and they will help faster i betcha :)

thank you, I'm feeling a bit better after crawling into my bed last night. I'm hoping to be able to pick up my prescription on tuesday.
