Feedback on moving, anyone?

Hubby and I are looking at moving to outside the Nashville, Tennessee area...anyone have any info about living there? What's a typical rent price like outside the city? Is it a place where a young couple can live relatively inexpensively? What's the environment like for pagans there? Any information would be appreciated.

Whare are you moving from? If you are moving from the Metropolitan areas of DC or NYC, you will find that all rent seems gloriously cheap in TN! We did!
I haven't lived outside Nashville, but now live outside of Memphis (for 6 years and only for a few months longer then back to greater DC, meaning northern VA) and can tell you that the majority of Tenneseeans are true Bible-belters. Nothing wrong with that except those who are unaccepting of other points of view.
Nashville is a booming area so there are probably plently of Pagans around, just be cautious and take your time, unless you like door-to-door evangelism. Good luck! :)

Sorry can't tell you beans about the Nashville area.
But wanted to post and say "Hey!" to see the state of TN addressed here.

I am orignally from the Knoxville area. Smokey Mountains actually.....
Ever been to Gatlinburg? From an area just outside of Gatlinburg. Yeah, was raised East Tennessee hillbilly...Irish folk magick out of the Ashville NC area.

So just wanted to say howdy to a fellow Tennessean!
I hope you find something you really like near Nashville. I love that area.
Also, don't know about pagan population near there - but there is an online group (forget the name)...type in Tennessee witches or pagans and hit search to find more friends. You might also try WitchVox for more folks in the area.
