Hey guys, I was just flipping through a magazine when i saw an advertisement for the history channel. Apparently they're doing a show on King Arthur called Quest for King Arthur. It's on Sunday, June 20th at 9/8 pm central. You can find out more about it at historychannel.com
Just thought I'd share that with yall. It could be kind of cool if we all watched (or those who get that channel) and then discussed it.

Yes.
But one of the actresses I dislike the most is playing Guinevere... :ugh:

Thanks! I'm gonna tune in...the King Arthur movie (from what I hear) focuses on his exploits up until Camelot, and ends with his meeting Guinevere. Should be interesting.
SOunds like perfect Summer Solstice viewing for me! :D

From what I gather it is the expliots of some Roman soldiers ( Praetorian guards maybe ) that while the rest of the Roman Empire falls into the dark ages attempt to unify and control the tribes of Britian... Interesting spin on it from Camelot and Merlin ya know (the Movies Camelot and Merlin)? :)

Too bad we don't have the History Channel anymore. Not that I would be able to watch it on June 20th perhaps but I might be able to catch it again later.I wonder if it would be shown on the Discovery Channel after some time.
As for the new King Arthur film, even though I think I will see it,I have the feeling that it will not be as good as 'Mists of Avalon'.I think MoA will soon be a classic with the help of us pagans :hahugh:
