Strictly speaking Sidereally, it will probably go un-noticed. This is because the Moon's transit through the Zodiac is much more than only applying and separating from aspects to other planets as it affects people. Also, that parallels of Lunar latitude to the latitude of the other planets (north or south of the ecliptic) , affects the daily acitvities of the general populace. These paralles will show on an hourly basis what a business day will be like, especially one that deals with the public, for an example. A women's monthly cycle is determined when the transiting Moon conjuncts her father's birth Sun.
