plz help me with my astral projection

hey guys!!! ;)
okay the other day i was astral projecting
my body was kinda that of a ghost & i was just zooming around my town pretty much dicking off & practing.
wel while on my way to my best friends house after going everywhere else. I startted to sence a negative energy behind me..it seemed to be a being of some sort & it really scarred me!
im an 18 male & usally things like that woundt scare me that much! but i was scarred as thogh i little boy would be..& didnt want to "emergency exit" so i flew as fast as i could to my house into my body again & cosed all propper door ways...
i didnt look at it but the being was a black cloud figure..very reall & very wierd this has been the most iv ever astral projectted I mean i never had it feel so reall it chased me all the way to my portal but all is well i think...
can any one plz help me by telling me what it could have been & y would it follow me..(even though i know my example is not much to tell by..)

Jim:::You didn't explain your own experiences clearly enough for me to be able to say what might have happened, what your particular astral projection situation is, etc. However, there are some general things about threatening energies and beings that are always good to keep in mind. Whenever one is in such a situation, the first thing to do is raise strong feelings of love. These can be love for a partner, love for family, love for anything as long as it is love. A threatening energy or being cannot then come any closer without beginning to feel the love. If the energy or beings does come closer to the love, it will begin to change and become more loving. If the energy or being doesn't want to change, it will go away in order to preserve its darkness.

Everyone has to find her or his own way to raise love, but I will relate an experience I had several decades ago. A friend decided to take acid and go sit in a graveyard at night. I wasn't so sure this would be safe for him and wanted to try to protect him if necessary, so I asked if I could take acid also and go with him. He said that he had already planned to do this with his girlfriend. This was a very interesting kind of date.

So I decided to quietly take acid myself and, without telling him, go and sit in a different place in the cemetary, so I would at least be on hand. As I walked towards the graveyard, there were some small demons who came to accompany me, and as I thought they were kind of cute, we had a happy walk. Once I got to the graveyard, I found a comfortable place to sit among some tombstones and waited. Pretty soon, a large dark shape about twenty feet tall came along and I became aware that he was the boss/leader of the small demons, and that he was much more powerful than I was. This is very interesting when one meets a dark shape that is more powerful than one is. So I raised some love, and then this came out with a thought I directed towards the large demon as follows: "OK, you're more powerful than I am, but if you destroy me, leave my compassion, because then, when the compassion reincarnates into my becoming an advanced being some day, and you get into some kind of trouble, the compassion that you left will come and help you." The words are approximations, for the communication included a few words plus nonverbal meanings.

The upshot was that the large black demon didn't destroy me at all, but just went away on other business. Of course, as soon as I become advanced enough, if he gets into trouble, I will come help him.

It is often hard to separate real events from imagination, so I tend to check the results in some objective way if possible, and to be very tentative about anything I can't objectively verify. In this case, my friend later told me that he and his girlfriend saw the demon also, and his description was the same.

-well you said you were "dicking off" did you perhaps piss something off? i
-are you really new? nastys(as i call 'em) are drawn to that
-were you scared any before? if so the figure could've picked up on your fear
-also remember its AP nothing horrible can really happen to you, you might get hurt but you cant get your cord cut by a lil cloud and if it was powerful enough to cut your cord it wouldn't mess with a lil human.
-also nastys just randomly mess with things, you didnt' need to be so worried... and dont worry
-also it sounds like you had no clue bad things were in ap, i didn't exactly know but i knew a bit, i say practice your shields then go back and dont piss anything off and you'll be fine

well i really have no room to talk about other ppl being afraid i'm worried too but since you seem more likely to do it again just remember that you wont die and nothing horrible will happen. When a nasty comes near you its fine to run but if you want you can call for help too. See nastys are drawn to fear and newbies you had both so you're an all you can eat bar to them lol its arlight with practice of shield and confidence it wont be so bad next time.

in my opinion.. to be safe in the astral plane... follow the guidlines you use for karma... but when you run into a 'nasty' as silent lover put it... which btw.. i think is a very good word... just try to feel sure of your self. you are what you project. if you know how to deal with situations you will always keep yourself safe. :)
