Travelers/Spirits

Okay...I figured this would be the best spot for this question. Has anyone ever heard of/have a traveler? I have a friend who constantly has dreams about zombie's, about the undead or some unseen force that always around her. I wonder if she has some type of spirit traveler with her trying to tell her something. *shrugs*

It's not impossible.. I know people who have them.. One couldn't even meditate because it would stop him.. but, how do these dreams and such make her feel? That would be a good indicator about what the meaning is..
