Energy for my friend in California

She just called me and and let me know she is stressed and tired from a big move she had to make (physically and mentally tired). I'd send her energy myself but I am exhausted. I made a summer braid out of straw (for the solstice coming up) and concentrated the energy I had into it to help her (going to send it to her), but that took enough out of me...

Please send her some healing energy if you could. She (and I) would be most grateful.
