The Mate in pain

If anybody could see their way clear to sending The Mate good vibes, it would be greatly appreciated. Our neighbor pushed hom down, and sent his back into major spasms today, and he's probably going to have to spend the next three days or so flat on his back. He has a bunch of hardware in his back already, and is facing the possibility of another disk blown out that needs yet another surgery, so this is just so not cool.

I wouldn't complain if I got a bit as well, I'm having some major female kinda problems, as well as a massive psoriasis flare-up.
