How do you compute this? If you were using points wouldn't you give more to your sun, moon, and rising sign? Like 3 points each for sun, moon and rising and 2 each for mercury, mars and venus and 1 each for the rest?? Do certain planets carrry more weight because they're more personal?

you can get very complex in how you do it. for instance, i would give 4 to the rising sign, the sign the ascendant's planetary ruler is in, and 3 to the sun and moon, and 2 to any planet the sign it rules or is exalted in, and 1 to the rest. i would also take into account the element of the houses the planets are in, and that can make things very complex... so i say that whatever you choose, and whatever feels right to you, is correct :).

what you have listed up above is just fine if the element feels right to you :)

I've always had a hard time deciding what to weight my Ascendant as, since I have Jupiter conjunct. :) Sometimes I feel Mercury is my ruler, sometimes Jupiter...
