You've probably seen me post similar messages before - but I will re send for you specifically and hope that my words bring you some comfort.

At times we are offered bad days - even weeks - to help us understand balance in our lives. Like I have tried to teach my daughters when they come through the door - unhappy about something that has taken place in their days....
"If it were not for unhappy times, we'd not learn to appreciate the good days!"

With rain we appreciate sunshine....with clouds we appreciate clear skies....with saddness we appreciate joy....with friends who turn on us we appreciate solid friendships that withstand the test of time...

remember that balance is the key in this our path and we often are handed harsh times so that we can joyously live in the good days to follow.
Bear in mind that everyone sees tests in their personal beliefs and the harsh lesson of trying to "look on the good side or see the glass half full instead of half empty" are only lessons we bring ourselves to make our lives richer.

Whatever plagues you at this time Will pass...and you will be a stronger and better person for the experience.
