working exclusively with patrons?

hello everyone, i have a really strange question that popped into my head one day.

do you personally choose to work exclusively in rituals with your patrons, or do you incorporate other deities into rituals occasionally?

completely random question, but hey. ;)

i occasionally work with other deities, but that's not my preferred way.

in the past i would invoke whomever the ritual called for. and since i work with a rather large community i'm often included in projects i might not choose otherwise. this wasn't really a problem until a couple of years ago. i saw this all as a way to grow, and to broaden my horizons, as it were.

however, in the past two years my involvement with Hekate has soured my desire to work with any other deity. i keep telling this to anyone who will listen, but i keep getting 'volunteered' for various rituals, dramas, etc. regardless.
but i'm getting much firmer about saying no, and as soon as our upcoming Labyrinth ritual is over, i am DEFINITELY saying no to any further group things (mark my words!).

as far as personal ritual goes, i work with Hekate exclusively, and have for some time now.

it's good to hear that you're improving when it comes to refusing to participate in rituals that you aren't really interested in - especially since hekate is the only deity you really want to work with. i admire you for speaking out about it, though - and hopefully people will listen eventually! :D who you work with is your own choice, and i admire you for sticking up for your beliefs. :) great to hear.
