Dried Figs

I loooove dried figs, but if you get a chance, try them fresh. They're really yummy.

i first discovered dry figs when in town getting supplies and food while i was living in the woods here in new mexico. I am a major fan. There are a few fig trees down the street from me... come fall i am going to ask if i can take cuttings and try to start a fig orchard :-)

Actually, I've never had dried figs, but we do have a fig tree or two behind our house ^_^ they're very yummy when fresh and ripe!
