View Full Version : spirit wind!? Has anybody heard/seen her?

Hi,
I'm worried about spirit wind, I haven't heard from her since 30 June 2004 via this message board, and when asked she told me she was attending the pagan meet I had going for today, only when I rang her mobile last night and this morning, I received no answer. It's not normally like her not to let me know if she can't attend. So naturally I'm worried.
We're in the same state, and only several suburbs away, but I'm just wondering, if anybody has had any contact via pm's or something saying what she was up to?

Her last appearance is from the same date. If anyone has had contact with her since, it may not have been through MW.

Well I've located her home phone number (via whitepages.com.au) as the phone book turned up zilch.
It's a little late to phone tonight, so I'll try tomorrow, and I'll give her mobile another try tomorrow also, before I resort to trying her home phone.
Would it be too much of an invasion of privacy? I mean I keep getting this feeling that all is probably okay, I mean I've been on edge a fair bit over the last week. Maybe I'm just a little paranoid..

Well no ones heard from her in 10 Days. I don't think she would be offended that you were worried about her. If anything she would be thankful to have a person that cares enough to go to the trouble of making sure all is well. No worries :)

You know whats really, really annoying, when you call a person, their line is busy and you get message bank. I dislike leaving messages, cause I can never convey exactly what it is I want to say properly. But anyhow, a message has been left, a lame message but, yeah its done.

Noo, not an invasion of privacy at all, just shows how much you care. Just explain to her that you was worried as you hadn't heard from her, and was just desperate to see if everything was ok. I'm sure she'd actually appreciate you caring, not see it as invasion of privacy :)
Let us know if you have any luck in contacting her.

I will. Like I said my message was lame, but the conversations I've had with her when she's been gone from here before, she knows I worry, so hopefully she'll understand. I really didn't want to get into it at length over message bank...

Okay, this scares me. I know she was offline and in the hospital a few months ago due to a breakout manic period... and then she suffered lithium toxicity, which ain't no picnic, believe me. Gods, I hope she's okay.

Well I received a message from spirit wind today on my mobile. She's been in hospital for the last week, and only got home today, she hopes to be back on the net in the next few days. At least now we know whats what.

She seems okay. I really didn't want to press the issue. Undue stress and all that.
