Found out my boys are IDENTICAL! :clapping:

Feels so good to know. now when people ask me "are they ID or Frat? I can actually answer them! haha. thought id share the good news. Also wanted to share a picture I took yesterday.

Three things:
#1. Your sons are absolutley adorable!
#2. Good for you for not dressing them identically.
#3. Were they in the same bag of water? I thought that fraternal twins each had their own, and identical twins shared one. Am I wrong? Thanks.

A lot of people wonder this also. I have been studing so much on twins.

Identical twins can be in 2 different sacs but they must share the same placenta.

Fraternal twins though have to be in 2 sacs, 2 placentas.

With me the boys were in 2 different sacs but they only pulled out one placenta. The reason why they didnt test the placenta then was because they didnt know if my placenta had fused into one, which is something that can happen with fraternal twins, but not Identical.


hahahah I HATE dressing my twins the same. The only time I ever dress them similar is for professional pictures and even then they are of different color outfits. I feel if I dress them the same I am taking their personality away from them. they actually pick out t heir own clothes. People are always buying me baby clothes (mostly family) and buying 2 of the same outfit!!!! I keep telling them I wont dress them the same and they get mad at me :( but I want them to understand that they are twins yes, but they are their own person. They are day and night.
