I found this online, and I'm wondering if it is correct. It looks like it is.

Yep, it's correct. The only thing to keep in mind that it's "Universal Time", meaning Greenwich Mean Time, a time zone that passes over Britain. So if a particular phase happens at say, 1:25 PM UT/GMT, it would be 8:25 AM On the East Coast of the US, and would then be 8:25 PM in Australia/Perth.
http://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/custom.html?sort=1 is a good site to help figure out what time stuff happens in different time zones...
